About Condo Music

Condo Music is a Munich-based production house for artists who put substance over hype. Beats, recording, mixing, and mastering under one roof — structured, no shortcuts.

Behind Condo Music is Kerem Gülcubuk. Producer and sound designer. In 2021 he won the international Tracklib × Redman Beat Contest — selected by Redman from 4,000+ submissions. Not for clout. To prove substance still wins.

Condo Music doesn’t chase placements for the metric. We build resonance: beats and productions that hold — for artists in it for the long game.

No label talk. No industry theater. Sound that lasts.
