Recording Sessions

Standard studio session: 99 €/hour.

Artists are expected to arrive prepared with finalized lyrics.
If preparation is insufficient (e.g., no lyrics or unrehearsed), a surcharge of 25 €/hour will be added.

Mixing & Mastering (Package Only)

Mixing and mastering are offered as a combined service for 199 € per song.

Please ensure your stems are properly labeled and organized.
A flat fee of 49 € applies to unsorted or mislabeled files.

Up to 3 revisions per track are included.

Publishing split: 50% producer / 50% artist (0% master royalty within the stream limit)

Exclusive License

Files:
All files (MP3, WAV, Stems, fully untagged)

Usage rights:
– Unlimited use
– Full commercial rights
– Official music video allowed
– Streaming, distribution, live shows – no cap (from 100,000 streams: 10% of net proceeds to Condo Music, see Terms §11 B)

Publishing split (standard):
– Beat only: 50 % producer / 50 % artist
– Beat + hook: 75 % artist / 25 % producer
– With topline or vocal: 90 % artist / 10 % producer

Term:
– Lifetime (non-transferable)

Note:
– Tag removal possible upon request
– Content ID registration must be coordinated
– Full terms are negotiated individually
